Job Title: Personal Assistant to General Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to General Manager to join our team at Accor Hotels. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the General Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel's General Management office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cooperate with related departments to ensure seamless operations
- Carry out correspondence and communications on behalf of the General Manager
- File documents and correspondences appropriately
- Protect confidentiality of all correspondences
- Take note of and follow-up on appointments
- Ensure communication channels are working at all times
- Receive guests and arrange meetings
- Prepare meeting minutes and distribute them to concerned parties
- Monitor and control faxes
- Keep track of special days and make arrangements for celebrations
- Ensure the General Management office is kept clean and orderly
- Possess full knowledge of hotel policies and procedures
Requirements:
- 4-year bachelor's degree
- At least 1 year of similar work experience
- Sufficient level of English to communicate effectively
- Knowledge of Arabic is an asset
- Computer literacy in MS Office applications
