Administrative Assistant

AIG is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our General Insurance team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the General Insurance team
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Communicate with customers and stakeholders
- Update systems and processes
- Organize and process payments
Requirements:
- Student of Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields with a graduation date in 2025 or 2026
- Intermediate English skills (desired)
- Strong knowledge of MS-Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication, creativity, resilience, teamwork, learning agility, customer focus, and problem-solving skills
