Marketing Manager Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager Assistant to join our team at Fairmont Mumbai. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, drive revenue, and foster guest engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management:
- Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns aligned with our hotel's objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly and effectively.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze results to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Manage digital marketing channels including our hotel website, social media platforms, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Create engaging content for digital platforms that reflects our Fairmont brand and attracts our target audience.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and implement best practices to maximize online visibility and engagement.
- Support PR activities such as media relations, press releases, and media outreach efforts.
- Assist in developing communication materials including newsletters, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Maintain relationships with media partners and influencers to enhance our hotel's media presence.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Use data-driven insights to recommend strategic marketing initiatives and pricing strategies.
- Coordinate and promote hotel events, special promotions, and packages.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and initiatives.
- Uphold and promote our Fairmont brand values and standards in all marketing efforts.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and brand representation across all marketing channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content management systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite; knowledge of graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
