Lead and Inspire: Assistant Front Office Manager Role

At Fairmont Dallas, we're seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team. As a leader in the Rooms Division Operations, you will be responsible for maximizing guest satisfaction, revenue, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the Front Office department, ensuring excellent service standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Coach and train front office employees to excel in their roles.
  • Assist and perform all tasks of front desk operations, handling guest concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maximize rooms revenue strategies and practices to drive business growth.
  • Flexible shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What We Offer:
  • Service-focused personality and previous leadership experience in hospitality required.
  • Prior experience working with Opera or a related system an asset.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and networking skills.
