Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve guest concerns and operational issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of the front office.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in high-paced operations dealing with a high volume of guests at the managerial level.
  • Guest-oriented, using creativity to exceed expectations.
  • Excellent organizational skills, planning, forecasting, and team management.
