Job Description:
The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk. This involves leading a team to ensure smooth Reception operations and assisting Receptionists in their tasks. As a key member of the hotel team, the Front Office Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring that all guests receive a warm welcome and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Duty Manager in reviewing the staffing roster to ensure optimal deployment and maximum efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Guest Service Executive to resolve operational issues and ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Control room inventory and manage allocations in line with hotel directives.
• Plan room allocation and prepare arrivals, taking into account special requests and VIP requirements.
• Update the Property Management System (PMS) and train others to use it effectively.
• Promote strong working relationships and maintain a positive work environment.
• Monitor performance standards and report any issues or concerns.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead by example.
