Front Office Manager Zürich West

The 25hours Hotel Zürich West is a unique hotel experience in Switzerland, designed by Alfredo Häberli. As a Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring happy guests from the first to the last moment. You will manage the entire front office team, support your colleagues in their development, and maintain correct billing and clean administrative processes.
You will be an empathetic host, supporting your colleagues with an infectious smile when all guests arrive at the same time for check-in. You will also stay on top of things when plans change spontaneously.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have completed training in the hotel industry, have already gained management experience in the Rooms Division, and speak fluent German and English. Other languages are an advantage.
You will be a doer, openly admitting when you have done something wrong. You will be no stranger to quality and attention to detail. You will not only bring your skills to the table, but also your character.
As a member of our team, you will enjoy a 4-day workweek, 3 days off every week, and the opportunity to organize your free time more flexibly. You will also get to know all the other 25hours Hotels and stay for free for a maximum of 10 nights per year as an employee.
