Wir suchen eine engagierte und freundliche Person, die sich für die Gästebetreuung im Front Office begeistert. Als Front Office Mitarbeiter werden Sie Teil unseres internationalen Teams und unterstützen unsere Gäste bei der Check-in- und Check-out-Abwicklung. Sie werden sich um die Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Schichtablaufs und eines herausragenden Gästeservices kümmern.
Verantwortlichkeiten
• Betreuung unseres internationalen Gästekreises
• Abwicklung von Check in & Check out
• Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Schichtablaufs und eines herausragenden Gästeservices
• Führen von Schichten
• Bearbeiten von Reservierungsanfragen
• Umsetzung der Qualitäts- und Servicestandards sowie der gesetzlichen Regelungen
Voraussetzungen
• Ausbildung in der Hotellerie oder einschlägige Praxiserfahrung
• Sicher im Umgang mit Gästen und ein aufgeschlossenes, herzliches Auftreten
• Orgfältige, vorausschauende und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
• Teamfähig, auch in Stresssituationen
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Gute PC-Kenntnisse, vorzugsweise auch im Front Office-System Operate
• Lösende Umgangsformen und ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
