Business Analyst Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective financial strategies to drive business growth in the LATAM region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed forecasts, expense reviews, and pricing realization materials.
  • Collaborate with the supporting team to analyze deals and address division-related matters.
  • Ensure timely delivery of reports for both the LATAM division and the distributed team.
  • Analyze and project division revenues and expenses for each region and country level.
  • Coordinate with the distributed team on revenue and expense targets during the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in financial analysis and planning.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Advanced degree or equivalent experience in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • Experience with financial modeling and data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with global financial regulations and compliance standards.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
