Job Overview

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing recommendations to improve client operations and performance under managerial guidance. Your ability to analyze data and processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic solutions will be invaluable in driving business success.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop deliverables that showcase compelling data storytelling, statistical analysis, and ROI-based recommendations. Your strong communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to present findings and recommendations effectively to senior executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of client data and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop recommendations for strategic initiatives, aligning with business objectives and goals.
  • Lead project teams through planning, discovery, analysis, and reporting, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, resulting in increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior executives and stakeholders, utilizing data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of consulting or analytics experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
  • Native English language proficiency and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with large clients, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with industry-specific software and tools.
