We are seeking a seasoned payroll professional to oversee operations in Brazil, with additional responsibilities for LATAM payroll processing in Chile, Colombia and Mexico, and knowledge of US and Canada payroll systems.
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Brazilian payroll regulations and processes, as well as experience managing payroll operations across multiple countries. This role involves ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, compliance with local regulations, and maintaining employee data confidentiality.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field is required.
- Extensive experience in payroll processing and management, with specific expertise in Brazilian payroll.
- Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor laws, tax regulations, and social security contributions.
- Experience with LATAM payroll processing, particularly in Chile and Colombia, is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with US and Canada payroll systems and exposure to North American payroll regulations is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of payroll processes, including taxation, benefits administration, and statutory compliance.
- Proficient in using payroll software and systems; experience with Oracle, CloudPay, ADP or similar payroll platforms is preferred.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese; knowledge of Spanish is advantageous.
