IT Support Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to fill this critical role in our Sao Paulo office.

About the Position:

  • Provide exceptional support to Brazilian users, resolving Level 1 and 2 technical issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all IT requests, ensuring timely and courteous service.
  • Assist users with licensing and access issues, guaranteeing seamless access to company resources.
  • Supply colleagues with IT equipment, promoting a productive and efficient work environment.
  • Perform advanced diagnostics on network issues, identifying root causes and implementing permanent solutions.
  • Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders, incorporating feedback into projects and actions.
  • Evaluate and enhance IT onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to help users better utilize collaboration, communication, and productivity tools.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years of experience in the IT field, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Able to work autonomously and solve complex problems effectively, making informed decisions when necessary.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with full proficiency in English (B2/C1 level).
  • Precise, organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of priorities and ability to multitask.
  • A people person with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Technical expertise and passion for learning, with a drive to understand underlying causes and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies.
