- Manage and prioritize ServiceNow tickets, ensuring timely resolution and communication of technical solutions.
- Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements to enhance system performance.
- Provide ongoing support for ERP systems, ensuring alignment between business needs and system functionality.
- Work closely with IT teams and stakeholders to recommend system improvements and technical solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, with a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, supporting system integration, data analysis, and troubleshooting tasks.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, with a deep understanding of their functionality in business processes.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills to work with international clients and technical teams.
