Product Operations Role Overview

This position is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the growth of our food delivery platform.

As a Product Operations specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping merchants better understand and use our tools. You will work closely with product, local teams, and merchants to improve product clarity and experience, especially in Portuguese-speaking markets.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as attention to detail and the ability to explain complex concepts simply. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese or English is also a plus.

Responsibilities include creating clear product guides and how-to materials for merchant users, answering product-related questions from local teammates and merchant clients, reviewing and polishing Portuguese-language content to ensure quality and accuracy, and supporting product localization and communication with cross-functional teams.
