Job Title: Manufacturing Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production staff, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery to maximize efficiency and maintain high standards in safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvement to quality systems and policies.
- Safely operate and monitor complex production equipment.
- Contribute to problem-solving processes and generate ideas for process improvements.
- Demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or a related field is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies is an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
