Job Title: Spare Parts Coordinator

About the Job

The Spare Parts Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer requests for spare parts, preparing quotes, and ensuring timely delivery of orders. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer requests for spare parts and prepare quotes accordingly.
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders by coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding order status, pricing, and availability.
  • Process customer payments and manage returns and claims efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order history.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Able to work autonomously and under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (SAP experience preferred).
