- BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH TECH TALENT ACROSS THE AMERICAS TO ENHANCE OUR HIRING EFFICIENCIES AND ATTRACT TOP-TIER CANDIDATES
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their requirements and preferences
- Implementing innovative solutions to streamline the recruitment process and improve overall efficiency
