Job Title: IT Director

The primary function of this role is to lead high-impact initiatives across technology teams, driving strategic alignment and business outcomes.

  • Agile Center of Excellence: Implement a journey from agile coach to Chief of Staff for Agile Chapter.
  • Determine organizational structure and policy changes.
  • Create a sense of urgency for change implementation.
  • Coach teams and leaders in best practices.
  • Provide educational resources across the organization.
  • Communicate successes and key performance indicators.
  • Consolidate and disseminate learning from experience.
  • Develop customizable frameworks, processes, policies, and tools.
  • Evaluate and recommend collaboration and coordination tools.

This role involves additional responsibilities:

  • Project Management Office (PMO): Program vision and blueprint development management for App Dev and Infrastructure regional projects.
  • Establish frameworks and standards for program and project management.
  • Manage program-related financial and KPI information.
  • Oversee project costs and ensure financials are well managed.
  • Vendor Management: Facilitate relationships between TS organization and vendors/partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and influence vendor performance.
  • Maintain vendor quality standards.
  • Implement data-driven mindset for finance management.
  • Direct accounting operational functions.
  • SOWs management and GL account restructuring.
  • Accumulate and consolidate financial data for accurate accounting results.
  • Coordinate internal and external financial statements.
  • Quality Management: Oversee the quality team implementing inspection methods to ensure product quality standards.

This challenging role requires strong leadership, technical skills, and business acumen. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT operations, project management, and finance management, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
