Responsibilities- Accountable for functional IT services across LATAM markets.
- Execute local solutions, ensuring responsiveness and insulation from IT complexity.
- Deliver global solutions, contributing to meeting goals of receivers and Global IT.
- Manage solutions portfolios for LATAM markets, overseeing security activities.
- Collaborate closely with Global IT and suppliers, executing IT operating models and supporting end-user services.
- Develop business partnerships, leveraging Information Technology teams for global technology solutions.
- Supervise project portfolios, applying Global IT methodologies and best practices.
- Maintain support activities, aligning service levels with business expectations and publishing KPIs.
- Propose strategies to rationalize existing platforms and construct regional budgets.
