The Integrated Planning Pillar Director is a pivotal role within the organization's iOPS Project Team, responsible for driving strategic initiatives and achieving key objectives.
This position oversees the execution of the Integrated Planning transformation plan, monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment with business goals. The director will be accountable for the successful implementation of global processes and technologies, as well as the migration of relevant customer development processes under the scope of Customer Operations.
The Integrated Planning pillar encompasses Promo & No Promo activities and S&OP implementation (processes and tools). This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, strategic influencing, proactive problem-solving, negotiation, team lead capabilities, result-oriented work approach, customer-centric mindset, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities- Engage key stakeholders from markets with the IOPS project, implementing global processes, adopting new technology, and migrating relevant customer development processes.
- Break down complex process change from AS IS to TO BE, promoting a data-driven agenda and investing in trade terms structure.
- Develop SOPs detailing the new operating model.
- Handover between Transition and Transformation teams to the Project Run team.
- Define Governance and Management of pillar activities with partners.
- Implement BPM for day 1 of TOM and End State.
- Escalate issues, delays, and miscellaneous issues to the PMO Team.
- Monitor and update RAID log with PMO support.
- Plan, align, and establish required KPIs of operations and implement them in the Command Center.
- Record gaps and ensure detailed documentation, escalation, and approval.
- Propose and manage mitigation plans for impacts, risks, and exceptions.
- Project Team SMEs team size review and definition of people.
- Responsible for iOPS Onboarding to Markets aligned with Change Management & PMO Team.
- Participate in defining project stakeholders.
- Immersion and validation of stakeholders together with Change Management and activation team.
- Final design of market organization together with HR Activation Lead & Market.
- Sharing knowledge of new operating model with CM, IT, and PMO.
- Validate and execute communications.
- Fitness Gap (localization) summary presentation, cooperation, and validation of CIA.
- Confirmation of organizational design L1 & L2.
- Visibility of training, development of training material, and validation of training material. TTT with SME.
- Stages Gates approval with PMO, CMO, IT, and local teams.
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in Customer Development, Shopper and Customer Marketing, Channel & Category Development, and evidence of experience in sales, trade marketing, pricing, and projects implementation. They should also understand Net Revenue Management concepts, focusing on TTS spend as a growth enabler and analytics for decision-making are fundamental capabilities. Resource management argument and control are essential skills for this role.
