We are seeking a skilled Clinical Operations Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of projects within a set scope, timeline, and framework. This role requires effective monitoring and presentation of project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Main Responsibilities:- Establish clear project timelines and milestones.
- Maintain visibility into project deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Foster collaboration and communication among project stakeholders and team members through regular updates.
- Provide guidance and support to project team members as needed, leveraging expertise to drive project success.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as healthcare, life sciences, or business administration.
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills, enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience managing global clinical studies, with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes.
