We are seeking a driven Revenue Growth Representative to identify and engage new business partners for a luxury haircare brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research business prospects across regions
- Create and send tailored outreach messages via email and LinkedIn
- Qualify leads and book meetings with our Partnerships Team
- Manage and update CRM pipeline consistently
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- 1+ years in B2B sales or outreach roles
- Strong writing skills and attention to personalization
- CRM proficiency
- Highly motivated, self-sufficient, and organized
What Success Looks Like:
- A strong, growing pipeline of qualified business leads
- Effective outreach campaigns with above-average response rates
- Seamless handoff of warm leads to the Partnerships team
