We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Contract Manager. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing contracts, onboarding partners, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about contract management, partnership development, and process improvement. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and executing contracts with local 3PL partners. You will also work closely with legal teams to localize and optimize standard contract templates.
- Draft, review, and manage contracts between Keeta and local 3PL partners.
- Coordinate with legal teams to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Track contract performance and identify potential risks.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Law, Business Administration, Operations, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in contract management, partner onboarding, or compliance.
- Prior experience in logistics, food delivery, or platform-based operations is a strong plus.
