monday.com is growing and looking for a Scale Partner Manager for LATAM, based out of our São Paulo office. This role includes managing relationships and sales efforts with our Authorized and Bronze partners, focusing on strategic business. The manager is responsible for the growth of their partners' business and teams, managing pipeline and forecasts, recruiting new partners, and developing partnerships from scratch.
About The Role- Strategic Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, understanding their needs to drive mutual success.
- Growth and Strategy Development: Design partner strategies to accelerate their monday.com practice growth, managing 8-10 partners, improving their sales skills, and organizing co-marketing events.
- Meet partner targets; this is a quota-carrying role.
- Collaborate with regional channel teams and supporting functions like Legal, Enablement, and GTM Strategy.
- Training and Enablement: Provide training and ongoing support to partners.
- 2+ years SaaS sales, business development, or partnership management experience (edge cases may apply).
- Fluent/bilingual in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
- Proven success in building and managing high-performing partner relationships and driving results.
- Experience working with partners is a plus.
- Knowledge of SaaS sales processes, inbound/outbound practices, and managing sales cycles.
- Proven success in project execution from start to finish.
- Team player with a positive attitude, respectful, kind, and fun culture fit.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with the monday.com platform is highly advantageous.
