Job Description

As a key member of the Front Office team, the Reservation Executive will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of the hotel's reservation system. This includes updating rates, validity dates, and mail messages, as well as monitoring occupancy and stop sell dates. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with the Duty Manager, Front Office, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Constant upkeep of the Opera Cloud Reservations system
  • Monitoring occupancy and stop sell dates
  • Reconfirming all arrivals and ensuring accurate guest history
  • Communication with the DOS and sales department
  • Assisting with rate manual preparation and checking

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in reservation
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS & Opera Cloud
