Project Lead - End-to-End Delivery Expert

We are seeking a seasoned delivery expert to oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering high-quality results.


About the Role

This key role involves:

  • Acting as the quality champion, scrutinizing each release before it goes live to guarantee impeccable quality.
  • Conducting comprehensive manual QA, including UX, UI, logic, edge cases, and responsiveness testing.
  • Transforming product specifications into detailed development tickets using industry-standard tools.
  • Prioritizing and managing the project backlog to ensure efficient sprint execution.
  • Tracking progress, resolving obstacles, and meeting deadlines through effective time management.
  • Maintaining clear communication with stakeholders regarding project status, blockers, and release readiness.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation of testing processes, bug reports, and specification alignment.
  • Owning release checklists and coordinating deployments/rollbacks when necessary.

Key Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in QA roles within fast-paced product teams.
  • Proven expertise in both manual functional testing and UI/UX validation.
  • Familiarity with APIs, browser dev tools, and mobile testing.
  • 1-2 years of project/delivery management experience or demonstrated ownership of task execution.
  • Proficiency in PM tools such as plane.so, Notion, JIRA, or Trello.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize across multiple projects.
  • The confidence to assertively push back when quality is compromised.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly when explaining specs and bugs.
