Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at B. Braun Group. As a Creative & Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping our marketing presence and delivering innovative solutions to elevate our brand.

Reporting to the Manager, Marketing Communications and Services, your key focus will be to drive our omnichannel marketing initiatives, create captivating digital content, manage digital strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure seamless execution of our marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

As the Marketing Specialist, you will:

Design and Creative Services (50%)

• Create marketing materials for various platforms, including press-ready print, email, and web, using Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Articulate.
• Ensure all materials are compliant with corporate branding, advertising, and industry regulations.
• Organise and manage promotional materials, maintaining an image resource library.

Digital Marketing and Strategy (30%)

• Execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and ad channels, enhancing lead generation and brand visibility.
• Optimise user experiences across digital platforms, including website updates (AEM), apps, and digital channels (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SharePoint, etc.).
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Communication and Collaboration (10%)

• Collaborate with the Marketing Communications Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies based on market research and competitive analysis.
• Create internal communications using digital tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MS Teams) and keep the intranet and SharePoint pages up to date.

Operational Tasks (10%)

• Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
• Track and manage physical assets, brochures, banners, and assist with special projects and events as needed.

Requirements

Ideally, your background will include:

• Several years' experience as a Marketing Specialist or Digital Marketing Expert.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and technologies.
• Expertise in Adobe software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong creative, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Critical thinking, storytelling, and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to meet project deadlines, work independently, and thrive in a team environment.
• Experience in the medical industry is a plus.
