About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at B. Braun Group as a Creative & Digital Marketing Specialist.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to play a key role in shaping our marketing presence and delivering innovative solutions to elevate our brand.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Design and Creative Services

• Developing and implementing marketing materials for various platforms, including press-ready print, email, and web, using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ensuring all materials are compliant with corporate branding, advertising, and industry regulations.
• Organising and managing promotional materials, maintaining an image resource library.

Digital Marketing and Strategy

• Executing digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and ad channels, enhancing lead generation and brand visibility.
• Optimising user experiences across digital platforms, including website updates, apps, and digital channels.
• Staying updated on the latest digital marketing trends, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Communication and Collaboration

• Collaborating with the Marketing Communications Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies based on market research and competitive analysis.
• Creating internal communications using digital tools and keeping the intranet and SharePoint pages up to date.

Operational Tasks

• Coordinating with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
• Tracking and managing physical assets, brochures, banners, and assisting with special projects and events as needed.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Several years' experience as a Marketing Specialist or Digital Marketing Professional.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and technologies.
• Strong creative, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Critical thinking, storytelling, and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to meet project deadlines, work independently, and thrive in a team environment.
• Experience in the medical industry is a plus.
