Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to be based in São Paulo, Brazil. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring optimal financial performance in construction and development projects.

  • Oversee capital expenditure (CAPEX) and development expenditure (DEVEX) management, including key contracts and cash flow control.
  • Align financial objectives with project goals, ensuring compliance and maximizing return on investment.
  • Consolidate data from various departments to produce monthly and quarterly reports, including CAPEX Reporting, Contingency Control, S&U Reporting, and Main Contracts Control.
  • Prepare monthly financial presentations and performance indicators.
  • Develop reports on demand as requested by stakeholders.
  • Lead the budgeting process, from initial planning to final execution, during both the development and construction phases.
  • Support the finance team in all aspects of project financing, including debt disbursement, cash management, auditing, and lender communications.
  • Lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including Partners, Execution, Development, and Leadership teams.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economy, Accounting, or Engineering.
  • At least 3 years in a similar role or at least developing similar tasks in the finance area.
  • Experience in the energy sector, mainly generation, is a differential.
  • Expertise in financial model structures, assumptions, and key financial KPIs.
  • Advanced working English.
  • Spanish is desirable.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • VBA is a plus.
  • Power BI knowledge.
  • Oracle ERP experience.
