Job Title: Expert Financial Planning and Analysis Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Planning and Analysis expert to deliver top-notch financial management solutions to our clients across LATAM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and support advanced financial planning and analysis systems, including Oracle EPM Cloud and On-Premise solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and create customized financial management strategies.
  • Perform system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Develop high-quality documentation and training materials for client teams.
  • Provide exceptional consulting services to ensure seamless project delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (both verbal and written).
  • 5+ years of experience as a Financial Planning and Analysis consultant or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud modules.
  • Strong understanding of financial consolidation, planning, and reporting processes.
  • Experience with metadata management, business rules, and integrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
