Job Opportunity:
This role entails creating data-driven visualizations for regional leaders, providing ad-hoc support and undertaking projects, as well as participating in financial planning and monthly performance evaluation. Interaction with colleagues across various locations is also expected, along with some administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Dashboards for local managers
- Support ad-hoc reporting and projects
- Assist in financial planning process and monthly actual vs plan analysis
- Interaction with associates in US, Europe and India
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the field
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or equivalent
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent business partnership skills with peers and leaders
- Ability to think critically and work within set guidelines
- Self-starter with high degree of intellectual curiosity
- Strong attention to detail while meeting deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to work across national and cultural boundaries
