Software Installation Professional

We are seeking an experienced Software Installation Specialist to join our team. This role involves performing on-site and remote software installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting of various software products.
In this position, you will work with physical and virtual environments, operating systems, databases, and other software and networking technologies. You will be responsible for reviewing scope of work for assigned tasks to ensure all hardware and software components are available. Additionally, you will review customer IT infrastructure and project plans to ensure they meet documented installation requirements.
The successful candidate will have strong computer usage and debugging skills, as well as knowledge of Microsoft based server operating systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Complete task documentation to meet quality processes and procedures.
- Maintain customer system inventories using site equipment configuration documentation.
- Stay current on software products and technologies through training and certification.
- Team with project management, local service, and hardware installation teams to provide world-class customer service.
- Must speak English fluently.
- Must speak either Portuguese or Spanish fluently.
- Proficient in Microsoft based server operating systems.
- Customer-focused attitude and excellent communication skills.
