About the Job

As a site installation engineer, you will be based in Brazil and serve global operations worldwide. The position requires 80% travel to power plant sites internationally.

You will own customer relationships by planning installation activities related to equipment scope. This includes advising job site logistics, planning daily work, utilizing technical drawings, participating in customer meetings, workforce planning, and governance for Siemens Energy related equipment.

Frequently, you will interact with the project team on progress reporting, technical support, and other relevant activities.

Your Responsibilities
  • Represent the company's face on the customer site.
  • Maintain good customer relationships using a positive attitude.
  • Ensure good progress in cooperation with both the customer team and project team.
  • Report and keep up-to-date documentations.
  • Evaluate compliance with procedures and standards.
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in installing gas turbines.
  • Field experience within industry focusing on mechanical and/or electrical work.
  • Strong collaboration skills with expertise in risk management and adaptability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn software as needed.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 80% and proficiency in English (verbal and written).
  • Able to lead teams with leadership skills and experience from managing/leading small groups an advantage.
