Job Title: Site Installation Specialist

This role entails site-based responsibility in the UAE, necessitating relocation. As a Site Engineer - MEP, you'll play a pivotal part in delivering top-notch mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works across dynamic construction environments.

You'll oversee daily site operations, uphold quality and safety standards, and ensure technical integrity from planning through execution. The successful candidate will lead the execution of all MEP installations across designated zones of the project, translate blueprints into efficient field execution using Time & Motion analysis, monitor cost versus allowable outputs, and report effectively to line managers.

Additionally, you'll coordinate with Supervisors, Foremen, and QA/QC Engineers to roll out method statements and risk assessments in line with company and consultant standards, maintain tight schedules by ensuring timely availability of materials and tools, manage site documentation: marked-up drawings, progress updates, RFI registers, and more, and escalate key issues that need senior intervention while maintaining control of daily site priorities.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent), registered as a Civil Engineer (or eligible), minimum 7 years hands-on site experience in MEP works, and advanced proficiency in Primavera & Microsoft Office Suite.
