Job Title: Site Payments Specialist

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Site Payments Specialist. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a vital role in supporting the accurate and timely payment administration to our network of project sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of projects and provide oversight on the entire process.
  • Form remote relationships with colleagues across the globe and consider indirect influences on your work.
  • Highlight aged invoices and financial risks – give reasons why for any delays.
  • Data quality control, ensuring batches are scheduled as per contracts and meeting the budgets.
  • Project reconciliations.
  • Payment cycle target trending – ensuring the studies are meeting the target for each step in the payment cycle.
  • Provide high level of customer service to internal project teams and assist them in any project related issues by finding resolution.
  • Track and report metric data flagging nonstandard issues to project teams / line manager.
  • Provide assistance to other team members as required, to ensure the group meets targets.
  • Check that appropriate approvals are obtained for set up and payment process.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or healthcare preferred.
  • Excellent command of English (written/spoken).
  • Computer skills including proficiency in use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in CTMS systems, payment and contract.
