- Análise e desenho de processos: este profissional deve participar ativamente de reuniões com usuários de negócios e consultores funcionais de outros módulos para entender e otimizar os fluxos de vendas e distribuição.
- Resolução de problemas: a capacidade de investigar e corrigir problemas de configuração e de processo é essencial para garantir que as soluções sejam implementadas com sucesso.
- Liderança de partes específicas de projetos: este profissional deve atuar como ponto de referência para questões relacionadas ao SD e coordenar testes, implantações e suporte.
- Execução de testes integrados: a verificação de que as customizações atendam às necessidades do cliente e estejam integradas corretamente com outros módulos SAP é crucial.
