About the Role

We seek an experienced Growth Manager to lead the expansion of our driver fleet in Brazil, acquiring, onboarding, and activating new fleet partners nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire and onboard new fleet partners through various channels, ensuring readiness for activation across cities in Brazil.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to roll out and scale growth initiatives.
  • Develop and optimize acquisition strategies, expanding both online and offline channels in diverse markets.
  • Improve onboarding processes to drive high conversion rates and minimize compliance risk.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A proven ability to identify market opportunities and scale partner networks with a hands-on approach.
  • Strong communication skills and experience engaging with drivers, partners, and stakeholders at different levels.
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills and familiarity with performance metrics.
  • Fluency in both Portuguese and English.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to support expansion across different cities and regions.
