The Finance Business Partner plays a vital role in supporting the business team with all financial processes, including formulating and optimizing financial procedures, providing professional financial advice, and promoting effective implementation.
Assisting with financial matters for new country or city launches, ensuring seamless business-related financial processes and controlling financial risks.
Collaborating with professional financial teams, such as accounting, tax, reporting, treasury, internal control, etc., to ensure compliance with financial rules.
Evaluating investments and expected returns on new businesses, and providing financial support for business development.
Participating in the company's business plan related work, responsible for the annual financial budget and rolling forecast, and conducting effective budget management together with the business.
Gaining an in-depth understanding of the business, working closely with business partners, establishing an effective financial analysis system, conducting in-depth analysis of business operations, identifying opportunities, and indicating risks.
Collaborating in the construction of financial digitalization and putting forward demands and suggestions from the perspective of analysis and monitoring.
