Work with a dynamic team to drive health outcomes in an industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement occupational health services, including medical surveillance, case management, and general health education.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize health and safety services for the site.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address physical, chemical, biological, ergonomics, or psychosocial hazards in the workplace.
As a Health and Wellness Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Providing clinical healthcare services, including care for injuries and illnesses, case management, and medical surveillance examinations.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, record-keeping, and global health standards.
- Driving increased health outcomes, reducing population health risks, and managing and eliminating workplace health risks.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A medical degree and occupational medicine training/certification.
- Local, regional, and country government certifications in occupational health.
- Patient care experience in an industrial environment.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience, including supervision for 2-3 years.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of local OH regulations.
