Health and Wellness Coordinator

Simplify wellness and make a global impact by joining our team as a Health and Wellness Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing employee engagement campaigns, creating content material about our platform, and analyzing the results of our actions.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with ambitious people from around the world. As a Health and Wellness Coordinator, you will have the chance to learn and grow, face new challenges, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve our mission.
- Create and develop campaigns for employee engagement via HR for large companies;
- Develop and create a massive action calendar for smaller companies;
- Support the Planning team with custom actions;
- Train HRs, Promoters, and Ambassadors on our Gympass product;
- Execute webinars and lectures to engage new employees;
- Produce content material about our platform in video/audio format for support;
- Analyze the results of our actions and adapt to new campaigns;
- Plan and contract third parties for personalized actions;
- Control the financial and operational aspects of our actions.
Requirements:
- Intermediate/Advanced English;
- Previous experience in the HR area or with B2B2C events (a plus);
- Knowledge in Google package (Sheets and Slides);
- Resilience to work in an environment with changes and different scenarios;
- Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time and at a fast pace;
- Good writing and well-developed communication and oratory skills for lectures and webinars;
- Critical and analytical view of projects and their impacts on the entire environment;
- Owner mentality and proactivity are key to the role;
- Creative and proactive ability to develop new scalable projects, running quickly;
- Willingness to help make the world healthier.
