Job Opportunity:

Gympass is a corporate wellness platform that connects you to thousands of fitness & wellness partners.

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to support our launches for medium enterprise clients and execute actions planned, understanding client profile together with Sales, Client Success and Internal Communication department.

  • Monitoring end-to-end launch process of customers from 500 to 5K Full Time Employees
  • Participate in internal alignment meeting related to customer arrival, gathering all necessary information
  • Participate in alignment meeting with the client, understanding target audiences and communication channels to create a tailored launch plan
  • Create and present the launch plan to stakeholders
  • Validate and track progress during pre-launch, during and closing of the launch: Gympass webinar scheduling, training with HR etc.
Your Impact:

Support planning of our launches for medium enterprise clients, execute actions planned, understand client profile, work closely with Sales and Client Success executives and WE Launch Leader.

About the Job:

This role requires strong analytical skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will be responsible for monitoring launch process, participating in meetings, creating and presenting launch plans, and tracking progress.

Key Responsibilities:

Launch Monitoring: Monitor end-to-end launch process of customers from 500 to 5K FTEs.

Meeting Participation: Participate in internal alignment meetings and client alignment meetings.

Launch Planning: Create and present launch plans to stakeholders.

Progress Tracking: Validate and track progress during pre-launch, during and closing of the launch.
