Wellhub is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Channel Partners Sales Executive to join our team. This role presents an exceptional opportunity for individuals passionate about driving growth and innovation in the corporate wellness space.

 

The primary responsibility of this position is to generate revenue growth through our channel partners, specifically with Brokers, Insurance & benefit provider companies. To achieve this, you will support sales planning, business development, and cross-selling initiatives, providing input on how to best integrate Wellhub into channel partners' existing and new offerings.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating revenue growth through our channel partners
  • Supporting sales planning, business development, and cross-selling initiatives
  • Providing input on integrating Wellhub into channel partners' offerings
  • Attending sales calls and meetings with channel partner sales executives
  • Managing the forecast and pipeline of price quotations, offers sent, and contracts signed
  • Supporting channel partners in strategic deals with key prospects and existing clients
  • Handling strategic negotiations along with channel partner sales executives
  • Generating performance controls to report on sales targets, negotiation status, and timing
  • Enhancing Wellhub's value proposition along with channel partner offers
  • Interacting with channel partners to raise service levels and deepen commercial relationships
  • Living the mission by inspiring and empowering others while genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and colleagues

 

To succeed in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Administration or related areas, experience with business development, sales, and client-facing responsibilities, advanced level in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, English intermediate level, prior experience working with Brokers and Insurance companies (a plus), solid interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills, ability to establish relationships and maintain an active pipeline of potential clients, initiative to work on process improvement in a fast and dynamic environment, self-motivated and persuasive personality, ability to generate empathy with clients and peers, and organization and control skill.
