Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Solution Provider to join our team. As a key member of our Support department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical assistance to customers, resolving issues related to our services.
  • Incident Management: Collaborate with colleagues to resolve incidents and ensure compliance with established SLAs.
  • Priority Setting: Identify and prioritize cases based on their impact, ensuring that critical issues are addressed promptly.
">Your Background:
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a Support-related position is required.
  • Skills: Intermediate SQL skills and advanced conversational English and Spanish are essential for collaboration with LATAM teams.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to influence and build effective working relationships with all levels of the organization, as well as experience working in agile environments.

  • Language Skills: The primary language is Portuguese, but advanced conversational English and Spanish are required for collaboration with LATAM teams.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: High skills in communicating complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
