We take ownership and tackle challenges head-on — whether supporting IT infrastructure, developing new technology in-house, launching a new facility, or delighting customers by delivering packages directly to them.

The Role:

This position involves using your skills to support the operations team in resolving technical problems within an Amazon Operations facility across multiple technical disciplines. You'll be encouraged to participate in career development opportunities to progress your career.

Responsibilities include:

  • Allocation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.
  • Handling support requests and procedures across the network.
  • Assisting new hires with training.
  • Continuously learning new technologies.
  • Supporting customers from multiple buildings and remote locations.
  • Moving up to 49lbs and standing/walking for 10-12 hours with reasonable accommodations.
  • A+, Network +, or other IT industry standard certifications.
  • Troubleshooting integrated computer systems.
  • Maintaining zebra thermal printers, thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals.
  • Prioritizing work based on department objectives.
  • Service Management, Project Management, and Inventory Management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working independently in a fast-paced environment.
