Job Title: Principal IAM Engineer

Description

The role of the Principal IAM Engineer is pivotal in driving the strategic design, architecture, and delivery of advanced identity governance solutions utilizing the Saviynt platform. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic foresight, and customer engagement capabilities to ensure the effective implementation of solutions in an enterprise environment.

  • This includes designing Saviynt IGA solutions encompassing requirements analysis, technical architecture, application integration, testing/validation plans, and the establishment of security controls.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to provisioning, deprovisioning, privilege management, and attestation.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Designing and implementing Saviynt IGA solutions that meet organizational requirements.
  2. Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to identity governance.
  3. Supervising the deployment and configuration of Saviynt changes and enhancements, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and regulatory compliance.
  4. Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for solution designs, configurations, and best practices.
  5. Providing training and support to IAM teams on Saviynt IGA processes and architecture.
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree: In computer science, engineering, or a related field.

Experience: At least 5+ years experience with support, maintenance, configuration, and development in Saviynt IGA and/or Saviynt EIC including integration with Entra ID/Azure AD, Active Directory, ServiceNow, and Workday.

Skills: Proficiency with Entra ID/Azure AD, Entra ID Identity Governance, LDAP Directories, and Active Directory administration required.
