Data Driven Demand Generation Expert

We are seeking an Outbound Intelligence professional to join our team in a strategic position.
- Collaborate closely with the leadership team to coordinate demand generation activities;
- Build and manage contacts and accounts lists for BDRs to reach out to;
- Manage BDRs productivity metrics;
- Ensure data consistency through manual updates and automation management;
- Develop A/B tests to improve cadences success rates;
- Build and manage outreach cadences (structure and content) based on global and local best practices;
- Collaborate with the team to support Outbound Intelligence globally (Salesforce and Salesloft) - Questions/usage best practices/process execution;
- Partner with leaders to identify process bottlenecks and improvement points, as well as collaborating in action plans to drive changes needed.
You will work closely with the team leader to ensure strong data-driven management for both inbound and outbound processes. As a lifelong learner with a sales background, you will have the opportunity to invest the next 3-5 years in becoming a demand generation specialist and building the best-in-class process.
