Job Overview

This position is critical to ensuring the success of our grant management initiatives. We are seeking a highly skilled individual to oversee all aspects of grant administration, including compliance with funder requirements, managing subgrants, and providing support to our programme team.

About You
  • You will have significant experience in grant management, with a strong track record of working collaboratively with teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, organisational, and planning skills are essential for this role, as well as robust problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are also required, as you will be working closely with internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support in managing our grant portfolio, focusing on ensuring compliance with funder requirements and delivering results-driven outcomes.
  2. Review and negotiate grant agreements, collaborating closely with our programme and finance teams.
  3. Manage assigned subgrants, including conducting due diligence assessments and risk evaluations of subgrantees.
  4. Ensure consistent implementation of subgrant processes and procedures, providing ongoing support to our Programme team throughout the subgrant management cycle.
