TikTok E-commerce Integration Specialist

As a seasoned e-commerce professional, you will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing and promotion strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute commerce B2B & B2C marketing plans to achieve strategic objectives
  • Design and implement e-commerce promotions for end consumers and merchants, including peak shopping seasons
  • Build and manage a high-performing integrated marketing and promotion team aligned with growth priorities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address key challenges in business expansion
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in e-commerce B2B & C integrated marketing and promotion management
  • At least 5 years of experience as a people manager, overseeing a significant team size
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • A strong team player, fast learner, and adaptable to change
  • Attention to detail, affinity for numbers, logical thinking, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Passionate about the e-commerce industry, aware of market trends, and merchandise selection expertise
  • Familiarity with TikTok and mainstream e-commerce platforms, with a preference for experience in content-driven e-commerce
  • Knowledge of live streaming is an asset
