Technical Account Manager Role

To be successful in this position, you must be a highly motivated self-starter with a strong commitment to ongoing learning and development.

  • Serve as a technical point of contact augmenting our customer support teams
  • Participate in the onboarding process for new customers
  • Perform regular health checks and business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Take part in the TAM on-call rotation during normal business hours to assist with customer inquiries and case escalation requests
  • Educate management when necessary about potential issues
  • Leverage internal technical expertise including development engineers, knowledge base, and other tools to provide effective solutions to customer issues
  • Use internal knowledge content and systems to acquire product expertise
  • Collaborate with the team on technical communications to share best practices and stay up-to-date on new technologies and related security applications
  • Manage renewal risk and collaborate with sales teams to remediate and ensure a successful renewal and upsell of products
  • Identify potential renewal risks and collaborate with internal teams to address and ensure a successful renewal
  • Drive support cases to resolve issues efficiently

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with Windows Operating Systems
  • Knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security and cutting-edge infrastructure
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to quickly establish credibility with customers
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in English language
  • Proven problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative attitude
  • Commitment to customer success
