Key Role: Strategic Partnership Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive business expansion through strategic partnerships. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential partners, onboarding and enabling them for successful collaboration, and fostering strong relationships to drive growth.

Responsibilities:
  • 1. Partnership Development: Conduct thorough research to identify suitable partners that align with our offerings, and develop tailored outreach strategies to initiate contact.
  • 2. Partner Enablement: Provide comprehensive support and resources to ensure seamless onboarding and effective promotion of our talent acquisition software solutions.
  • 3. Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with partners, monitoring performance and analyzing insights to enhance engagement and productivity.
  • 4. Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for partner success, generating detailed reports to showcase the impact of partner initiatives on business growth.
  • 5. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify partnership opportunities and challenges.
  • 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, R&D, and customer success teams to align partner efforts with overall business objectives.
  • 7. Issue Resolution: Serve as a liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and concerns.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of the talent acquisition space, including talent acquisition software solutions and technology trends.
  • Proven track record of success in partner development or business development roles within the SaaS software industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical mindset, using data to drive decision-making and optimize partner performance.
  • Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
